Shipping Policy – Unya Store (UAE Jurisdiction)

At Unya Store, we take great care to package and ship your 100% silk products with exceptional attention and protection. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered in accordance with UAE regulations and international logistics standards.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding UAE public holidays):
- Standard Processing: 1–3 business days
- High-demand periods: 2–5 business days
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM GST are processed the next business day.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to:
- All Emirates within the UAE
- Worldwide international destinations
Remote areas may require additional shipping time or fees.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United Arab Emirates
- Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days
International Shipping
- Standard International: 5–15 business days
- Express (when available): 3–7 business days
Delays may occur due to customs, weather or local courier issues beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Order size
- Courier service selected
Free shipping promotions may be available occasionally.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees not included at checkout. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Unya Store has no control over customs processing times or fees.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Tracking number
- Courier link
- Estimated delivery window
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
7. Packaging & Silk Protection
Because silk is a delicate luxury material, we ship all products with premium protective materials:
- Protective silk pouches
- Anti-moisture barriers
- Cushioning packaging
- High-quality branded boxes suitable for gifting
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or failed delivery.
Orders that fail due to incorrect address information cannot be refunded. Redelivery fees may apply.
9. Failed Deliveries
Failed deliveries caused by the following may result in the package being returned to us:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable during delivery
- Failure to respond to courier contact attempts
Reshipping fees will apply.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the courier, Unya Store is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please contact the courier directly for investigation. We will assist when possible, but cannot issue refunds for confirmed deliveries.
For safety, we recommend providing a secure delivery location.
11. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos or videos immediately.
- Keep all original packaging.
- Contact us at contact@unyastore.com within 48 hours.
We will assist with a replacement or resolution depending on the situation.
12. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once processing begins or the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
